Service dept. was helpful. My oil change service was scheduled for 3:30pm so I dropped my truck off at noon. Showed up at 5pm to pick it up but unfortunately they were busy and didn't get to it when scheduled. Instead of rescheduling and inconveniencing me they offered me a loaner car to take home and had someone stay late to complete my oil change after hours.
