Service has improved since last review I did a couple years ago. Being able to speak with mechanics(lead and work order tech) helps greatly since service writers can’t convey the information properly sometimes. This time around the quote was much higher compared to the actual bill which was nice to see. Each interaction within the service department whether it is parts or service has been a pleasant experience.
